I offer individual virtual therapy to clients across Arizona. My fee is $125 for a 50 minute session.   

I accept payment by credit card via my online client portal.

I am credentialed with the following insurances: Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna,  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.​

 

If I am not credentialed with your insurance and your insurance plan includes Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, I can provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit for possible partial reimbursement. Since coverage varies by plan, I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to confirm whether they accept superbills and what your specific benefits include.​​​
